※依據開南大學僑生與外國學生獎助學金設置辦法第七條，領取新生入學助學金者，得由國際及兩岸事務處(以下簡稱本處) 指導進行服務學習 72 小時，每學期 36 小時，於入學第一年執行完畢，並於期末考核其服務學習狀況，做為未來續領或申請審核之參考，服務學習細則另訂之。

In accordance with Article 7 of the Regulations for the Establishment of Scholarships and Grants for Overseas Chinese and Foreign Students of Kainan University, the recipients of the New Student Enrollment Grant may be directed by the International and Cross-Strait Affairs Office (hereinafter referred to as the Office) to conduct service learning 72 hours, 36 hours per semester and must completed in the first year of enrollment. The students’ service learning status will be evaluated at the end of the semester for reference in future renewal or application review.
