為協助國際生適應大學校園生活，透過拍攝影片的方式，增進國際生與本籍生互動及交流的機會，克服文化差異與語言的隔閡，及順利融入本籍生的生活圈，進而打造友善的學習環境。本競賽主題以發掘開南大學的特色，介紹開南大學為主，用英文或自己的母語製作具創意的影片。
The aim of this activity is to help international students adapt to the life in the university. Through film-making, international and local students' interaction can be enhanced, cultural differences and language barriers can be overcome, and a student-friendly learning environment can be fostered. The main theme of this competition is to introduce and explore the characteristics of Kainan University by way of making creative videos in English or in one's mother tongue.
* 作品規格(Film Requirement)：
採電子檔繳交，作品長度以不超過3分鐘為限，影片格式MPEG4，影片解析度須1920x1080以上，
影片檔名「系＿學號＿作品名稱」
Video Format: Submit the file electronically in MPEG4 video format.
The length of the film should not be more than 3 minutes. The video resolution must be 1920x1080 or more.
Follow the video title format: “Department_Student Number_Name of Work”. 。
* 語言及字幕：中文以外的其他語言(Language and Video Subtitle: All languages, but not including Chinese).
* 交件方式(How to Upload?)：
1. 於youtube上傳「影片」並在說明欄內寫「50字以上創作理念說明」，設為「公開影片」
Upload a "video" on youtube and write "a description of creative ideas of more than 50 words" in the description column, set it as "public video"
