【Overseas Study】Admission List for 114-1 Semester U.S. Dual Degree Program & 114-2 Semester Overseas Exchange Program

 

Students who have been recommended for admission are requested to visit the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs (Room B112) before 12:00 PM (noon), Friday, March 21, 2025 to complete the following procedures:

 

1. For Students Accepting the Offer:

A. "Consent to Study Abroad Confirmation Form"

 

Please sign the consent form and contact the Office (B112) on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

 

B. "Administrative Agreement for Overseas Study"

 

Must be submitted before 3:00 PM, Tuesday, April 8, 2025, to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs (B112).

 

Three identical copies are required:

One copy each for the student, the guarantor, and the university.

After stamping, the school will return the copies for the student and guarantor.

 

2. For Students Declining the Offer:

Please sign and submit the "Voluntary Withdrawal from Overseas Study Declaration Form" before 5:00 PM on Friday, March 21, 2025 to Room B112.
