【Overseas】Fall 2025 (114-1) Exchange Program Admission Results Announcement

 

Students who have been recommended and accepted for the exchange program must visit the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs (Room B112) by 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2025 to complete the following procedures:

 

1. For Students Accepting the Offer:

A. “Confirmation of Overseas Study Agreement”

 

Please sign this form and contact the Office on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

 

B. “Administrative Agreement for Overseas Study”

 

Submit by 3:00 PM on Friday, March 7, 2025 to Room B112.

 

Three identical signed copies must be submitted:

One copy each for the student, guarantor, and university.

After stamping, the university will return the student and guarantor’s copies.

 

2. For Students Declining the Offer:

Please submit the “Voluntary Withdrawal from Overseas Study Declaration” by 5:00 PM on Friday, February 21, 2025, to Room B112.
