【Japan】2025 Exchange Program – Admission Results Announcement

 

Students who have been recommended and accepted for exchange to Japan must visit the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs (Room B112) by 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2025 to complete the following procedures:

 

1. For Students Accepting the Offer:

A. “Confirmation of Study in Japan Agreement”

 

Please sign this document and contact your assigned Japan exchange advisor on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

 

※ When emailing your advisor, be sure to include the following information:

 

Advisor's name

 

Your name

 

Your department and class year

 

Name of the partner university you will attend

B. “Administrative Agreement for Overseas Study”

 

Submit by 3:00 PM on Friday, March 7, 2025, to Room B112.

 

Three identical signed copies must be submitted:

One each for the student, guarantor, and university.

After processing, the university will return the stamped copies for the student and guarantor.

 

2. For Students Declining the Offer:

Please submit the “Voluntary Withdrawal from Japan Exchange Program Declaration” by 5:00 PM on Friday, February 21, 2025, to Room B112.

 

3. Japan Exchange Advisors:
