To provide opportunities for overseas Chinese students, Hong Kong-Macao students, and international students (hereafter referred to as “international students”) to stay and undertake internships in Taiwan after graduation, the Ministry of Education (MOE) has established application guidelines for post-graduation internships.
Eligibility
Graduating international students in the 2nd semester of Academic Year 2024 who meet the following requirements:
Fulfill the qualifications specified in Point 2 of the MOE "Operation Guidelines for Internship Application after Graduation".
Obtain a Letter of Consent for Internship from the intended internship organization, in accordance with Point 3 of the Guidelines.
Submit the internship application to the university at least 2 months before the expiration of their ARC (Alien Resident Certificate).
The university will conduct a preliminary review and forward the application to the MOE for approval.
Application Documents
Required forms and documents (different versions for Overseas Chinese/Hong Kong-Macao students and for International students) must be submitted separately.
Application forms and templates can be downloaded from the MOE Department of International and Cross-Strait Education website:
π https://depart.moe.edu.tw/ed2500/
Go to “ζ₯εε°ε” (Business Section) → “εε€ηδΊε” (International Student Affairs) → “η’ζ₯εΎε―¦ηΏ” (Post-graduation Internship).
Submission Deadline
The university will collect applications and send them in batches to the MOE for review before June 13, 2025.
Additionally, an editable electronic list of applicants should be emailed to the MOE contact person.
If a student cannot submit their application by the above deadline but still applies at least 2 months before the expiration of their ARC, the university should accept the application and submit it to the MOE separately.
