(二)注意事項 / Notes：

1.請牢記您線上報名時所填寫之電子郵件、密碼，以便之後登入申請系統修改資料、上傳文件以及查詢資格審查與錄取結果。

Please remember the email and password you registered during online registration, as they will be necessary for future logins to the application system to modify information, upload documents, and check qualification review and admission results.

2.請務必於申請期限內完成繳費及資料上傳，如延誤時間而致喪失申請權益，其責任概由申請生自行負責。

Please ensure that payment and document uploads are completed within the application deadline. Responsibility for any loss of application rights due to delays lies solely with the applicant.
