Serve as the primary coordinator for visa-related affairs of students in the International Foundation Program.
Handle visa, residency, and immigration-related advising and procedures for Chinese language students.
Organize orientation programs, life adaptation support, and student support services for new Chinese language students, including emergency response and reporting.
Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus international exchange and cultural activities for Chinese language and international students.
Coordinate and implement the university’s exchange programs in Vietnam.
Arrange reception schedules and related activities for visiting guests from Vietnam.
Manage student assistants and service-learning students.
Assist with administrative affairs and the organization of various center activities.
