(二)注意事項：

1.請牢記您線上報名時所填寫之電子郵件、密碼，以便之後登入申請系統修改資料、上傳文件以及查詢資格審查與錄取結果。

2.請務必於申請期限內完成繳費及資料上傳，如延誤時間而致喪失申請權益，其責任概由申請生自行負責。

聲明：

1.本校辦理招生事務均無委由校外機構、法人、團體或自然人辦理。

2.學生是否購買任何機構的服務純屬個人決定，與本校無關，亦不影響該學生的入學機會。

二、申請入學需繳交之文件/Admission Documents

1. 1.最高學歷文件及成績單影本(附中文或英文譯本)
   A photocopy of the applicant’s highest education diploma and transcript (Please attach its Chinese or English version).
   註：取得入學許可後，於辦理報到時，務必繳交我國駐外使領館、代表處、辦事處或其他經外交部授權機構驗證之畢業證書正本及成績單正本，始得註冊入學。各國有特殊規定者，依其規定辦理。（如該國無中華民國駐外館處，請至鄰近中華民國駐外館處）
   Admitted students are required at the time of registering at KNU to submit the original diploma of his/her highest degree and an official transcript, verified by R.O.C. embassies, consulates, or missions abroad or other notary institutes authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, R.O.C., in the country where the documents were originally issued and attach its Chinese or English version certified by the Taiwan's overseas representative. Should there be no overseas office of R.O.C. in the country where the documents were originally issued, the admitted student may contact an overseas R.O.C. office nearest to the country or contact the Ministry of Education for document verification.

3. 2.三個月內財力證明書美金3,000元(含)以上。
4. A copy of financial statement within 3 months issued by a bank with a minimum balance of USD. 3,000.
   1. (1)限提供本人或二親等(父母、祖父母、兄弟姊妹)出具財力證明。

   2. The document must be provided by the applicant or relative within two degree of relationship (parents, grandparents, or siblings).

   3. (2)若非本人之財力證明須另檢附親屬關係證明。

   4. If the financial statement is not from the applicant, an additional document proving the family relationship must be submitted.

      備註/Note

   5. 財力證明不得採用代辦、公司行號或個人開立證明

      Financial statements issued by third-party agencies, companies, or individuals are not accepted.

   6. 本財力證明僅供校內資料審查使用，申請簽證時所需之財力證明，請依當地政府機關之規定辦理。

   7. This financial statement is for the university’s internal review only. For the financial proof required when applying for a visa, please follow the regulations of the local government authorities.

5. 3.護照或身分證明。如持有中華民國外僑居留證亦需繳交。
   Passport/Certificate of Identification; a R.O.C. Alien Resident Certificate for those holding one.

7. 4.語言能力規定 /Requirements of Language Proficiency
   1. (1) 申請中文授課為主之系所
   2. Application for Chinese-Taught Departments
      1. Ÿ申請應用華語學系學士班(外籍生專班)者，須達TOCFL A2或同等級以上認證。 Applicants applying for Department of Applied Chinese (Foreign Students Bachelor’s Program) must have at least TOCFL A2 or equivalent Chinese language certificate.
      2. Ÿ申請非應用華語學系之其他中文授課之系所者，須達TOCFL B1或同等級以上認證。 Applicants applying for other Departments using Chinese medium instructions must have at least TOCFL B1 or equivalent Chinese language certificate.
      3. Ÿ前一畢業學程為中文授課者，提供相關證明。Prior academic programs conducted in Chinese shall require submission of relevant supporting documentation.

      4. Ÿ碩士班除人文社會學院應用語言華語文教學組須達TOCFL B2以上之外，其他碩士班科系須達TOCFL B1或同等級以上認證。 For master’s programs, Master of arts in Applied Language Studies, School of Humanities of Social Sciences (Studies of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language Program) requires a TOCFL B2 level or above, while all other master’s programs must have at least TOCFL B1 or equivalent Chinese language certificate.

   3. (2) 申請全英語授課之系所(學程) ，申請者需符合以下任㇐條件。
   4. Application for English-Taught Programs (Bachelor’s Degree) – Applicants must meet at least ONE of the following requirements:
      1. Ÿ英語能力證明須達CEFR B1或同等級以上認證。 Applicants must have at least CEFR B1 or equivalent level certificate.
      2. Ÿ國籍為官方語言或通用語言為英語之國家，或前一畢業學程為英語授課者，提供相關 證明。 Native English speakers or those who graduated from English-taught institutions must attach relevant documents.
8. 5.自傳或讀書計劃：含學習動機、學習期限及未來展望（以中文或英文撰寫） 
   An autobiography or study plan written in Chinese or English, including the purpose, duration, and expectation.

    A photocopy of receipt for application fee

註冊所需證件(Matriculation)：

1. 1.護照 Passport
2. 2.簽證 Visa
3. 3.入學信 Admission Letter
4. 4. 2 吋照片四張 Four 2-inch passport size photos
5. 5.畢業證書及成績單正本(經駐外館處驗證) Original copy of highest education diploma and transcript notarized by a ROC overseas representative office.
6. 6.應檢附已於國外投保自入境當日起至少六個月效期之醫療及傷害保險，在校生 應檢附我國全民健康保險等相關保險證明文件。前項國外之保險證，應經駐外 館處驗證 A proof of the National Health Insurance (Taiwan) for those who have studied in Taiwan or proof of medical and injury insurance (obtained abroad and verified by the R.O.C. embassies, consulates, or missions abroad, valid at least six months after the student arrives).
7. 7. 由醫院出具之三個月內合格之健康檢查證明 Health certificate within 3 months, which should be verified by Taiwan’s overseas representative office if the medical exam is done overseas.
8. 8.三個月內財力證明(美金 3,000元以上)  Financial Statement within 3 months (USD. 3,000 and above)
9. 9.華語文能力測驗證書(建議)  Language Proficiency Certificate
10. 10. 申請作業費收據(臺幣2,000元) A photocopy of the application fee receipt NTD. 2,000.

三、新生入學助學金 / New Student Grant

  1. 大學部僑外生新生入學助學金核予共計二學期學雜費全免金額，減免方式如下：

      The total amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees waived for two semesters for Overseas

      Chinese and international students in the Bachelor’s programs are as follows:

轉學生依其入讀年級減免學雜費。

A transfer student will receive the grant according to his/her school year.

 2. 碩士班僑外生新生入學助學金核予共計一學期學雜費全免金額，於入學第一年第一學期減免百分之五十，第二學期減免百分之五十。

The total amount of tuition and miscellaneous fees waived for one semester for Overseas

Chinese and foreign students in the Master’s program is 50% in the first semester and

50% in the second semester of the first year of study.

       ※開南大學保留更新獎助學金規定之權利。                

    Kainan University reserves the right to update the regulations on scholarships without prior notice.

       ※新生入學獎學金之申請應於申請就讀本校時，配合本校招生報名截止日期提出申請。

The submission of the documents should be done before the deadline of the school enrollment during the admission process.
