為因應新型冠狀病毒之防疫對策，防疫指揮中心已於3月18日宣布，
自台灣時間3月19日零時起，限制所有非本國籍人士入境。
按教育部指導，國際處在此呼籲本校外國學生即日起非急迫行、必要性一律禁止出境。
如經邊境管理局獲知出境，一律取消居留不得入境。
請境外生特別注意自己的權益與責任。
如果執意出境將可能無法返回台灣繼續學業。

In response to the epidemic prevention measures of the new coronavirus,
The epidemic prevention command center announced on March 18,
From 00:00 on March 19th Taiwan time, all non-nationals are restricted from entering. 
In accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Education,
the International Office hereby calls upon foreign students of this school to ban non-urgent and non-emergency departures from now.
If you are informed of leaving the country through the Border Administration,
you will not be allowed to enter the country,also your ARC will be cancelled!

Overseas students are not only requested to pay special attention to their rights but also take care of responsibilities.
If you insist on leaving the country, you may not be able to return to Taiwan to continue your studies.

皆様、３月１８日，中央流行疫情指揮中心（中央感染症指揮センター）は、
衛生福利部疾病管制署のプレスリリースにおいて、次のとおり発表しました。

３月１９日午前０時（台湾時間）より，全ての非台湾籍者の入境を制限することとします。
そこで、国際センターは以上の指示により、必要性のない出国は一切禁止されるとします。
必要性のある出国に関しては、居留証、外交公務証明、ビジネス契約履行証明、又はその他の特別な許可が必要とされます。
しかも、以上の証明を有する者は、指揮センターの規定に基づき１４日間の在宅検疫とします。
以上の書類を有せず、出国したら、在留資格をキャンセルされて、台湾に再入国はできません。
