Dear All,
 

1. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic that has not been significantly slowed in the near future,
and considering the health of all teachers,students and staffs, all courses in our school adopt remote online teaching measures,
which will be extended to the end of the final exam week of the semester (until June 27th ) .

2. Google meet is the main remote online teaching platform.
Students have provided Gapps accounts when they enrolled.
Please log in to use them. For the operation method,
please download the "Gapps_Meet System Operation Instructions" at the file download section of the Library and Information Department.

*If you have any questions about the operation, please join the official repair line group (ID: @257bgotp) of the Library and Information Office for inquiries.
The technicians will assist in the process, or call 03-3412500 ext.1926 from Monday to Friday at 9-16.  ), 1345, 1342 (Teaching Resource Center) or 1326, 1318 (Office of Academic Affairs).

3. Please conduct remote online courses based on your schedule, and participate in the whole course on time.
The teacher will record the attendance and log in to the roll call system.

4. Computers/mobile phones/tablets can be used for class,
and it is recommended to prepare personal headset microphones to improve the quality of radio reception to facilitate interaction.

5. Please avoid unnecessary trips, reduce movement, wear masks, and wash your hands frequently.
If you are unwell and unable to learn online, please inform your department and instructors to take epidemic prevention leave.
