(三)本學年度經海外聯合招生委員會分發之僑生及港澳生，本校第二梯次招生不予錄取。

Overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong and Macao who have been admitted through the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students in the current academic year will not be considered for admission in the Second Round at our university.

申請資格-Eligibility of Applicants

(一) 身份資格/Eligibility Criteria

1.符合以下身分資格且限當年度自海外回國者(不含已在臺就讀高中、臺灣之大學一年級肄業及臺師大僑生先修部結業之僑生)得報名申請。

Applicants who meet the following eligibility criteria and have returned to Taiwan from overseas in the current academic year may apply.

Students who are currently studying at a high school in Taiwan, have withdrawn from a university in Taiwan after completing their first year, or have completed the Overseas Preparatory Program at National Taiwan Normal University are not eligible.

(1)僑生：海外出生連續居留迄今，或最近連續居留海外6年以上，並取得僑居地永久或長期居留證件回國就學之華裔學生。

Overseas Chinese Student: A student of Chinese descent who was either born and has continuously resided overseas up to the present, or has resided overseas continuously for at least six years prior to returning to Taiwan for study, and has obtained permanent or long-term residency documents issued by the place of residence abroad.

(2)港澳生：香港或澳門居民，具有港澳永久居留資格證件，且最近連續居留境外六年以上；並符合香港澳門關係條例第四條規定，未持有外國護照者。

Student from Hong Kong or Macao: A resident of Hong Kong or Macao who holds a permanent residency permit of Hong Kong or Macao, has resided continuously outside of Taiwan for at least six years prior to application, and meets the provisions of Article 4 of the Act Governing Relations with Hong Kong and Macao, without holding a foreign passport.

(3)港澳具外國國籍之華裔學生：具外國國籍，同時兼具香港或澳門永久居留資格，未曾在臺設有戶籍，且最近連續居留香港、澳門或海外六年以上之華裔學生，得依「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」第23條之1申請入學。

   Student from Hong Kong or Macao: A resident of Hong Kong or Macao who holds a permanent residency permit of Hong Kong or Macao, has resided continuously outside of Taiwan for at least six years prior to application, and meets the provisions of Article 4 of the Act Governing Relations with Hong Kong and Macao, without holding a foreign passport.

備註/Remarks：

※所稱海外指大陸地區、香港及澳門以外之國家或地區；所稱境外，指臺灣地區以外之國家或地區。

The term "overseas" refers to countries or regions excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao; the term "outside the territory" refers to countries or regions outside the Taiwan Area.

※所謂「連續居留」係指「每曆年(1月1日至12月31日)在國內停留期間不得逾120日，連續居留海外採計期間之起迄年度非屬完整曆年者，以各該年度之採計期間內在國內停留期間未逾120日予以認定。

The term "continuous residence" refers to a period during which the applicant does not stay in Taiwan for more than 120 days within each calendar year (January 1 to December 31). For periods of continuous residence overseas that do not cover a full calendar year, the residence will be recognized if the time spent in Taiwan during the counted portion of each year does not exceed 120 days.

※有關連續居留認定及除外規定，僑生請參閱「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」第三條及第四條；港澳生請參閱「香港澳門居民來臺就學辦法」第三條及第四條。報名時請檢附證明文件一併繳交，以利審核。

For information regarding the recognition of continuous residence and exceptions, Overseas Chinese students are advised to refer to Articles 3 and 4 of the "Regulations for Overseas Chinese Students Returning to Study in Taiwan"; students from Hong Kong and Macao should refer to Articles 3 and 4 of the "Regulations Governing the Admission of Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Study in Taiwan."
Please submit the relevant supporting documents together with your application for verification purposes.

※「香港澳門關係條例」第四條：「本條例所稱香港居民，指具有香港永久居留資格，且未持有英國國民(海外)護照或香港護照以外之旅行證照者。本條例所稱澳門居民，指具有澳門永久居留資格，且未持有澳門護照以外之旅行證照或雖持葡萄牙護照但係於葡萄牙結束治理前於澳門取得者。」不符合前述規定，但「具外國國籍，同時兼具香 港或澳門永久居留資格，未曾在臺設有戶籍，且最近連續居留香港、澳門或海外六年以上之華裔學生」，得依「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」第23條之1申請入學。

Article 4 of the Act Governing Relations with Hong Kong and Macao:
"The term 'Hong Kong resident' as referred to in this Act means a person who holds permanent residency status in Hong Kong and does not possess any travel document other than a British National (Overseas) passport or a Hong Kong passport. The term 'Macao resident' as referred to in this Act means a person who holds permanent residency status in Macao and does not possess any travel document other than a Macao passport, or, although holding a Portuguese passport, obtained it before the termination of Portuguese administration in Macao."

Those who do not meet the above criteria, but are of Chinese descent with foreign nationality and simultaneously hold permanent residency in Hong Kong or Macao, have never registered a household in Taiwan, and have resided continuously in Hong Kong, Macao, or overseas for more than six years, may apply for admission in accordance with Article 23-1 of the "Regulations for Overseas Chinese Students Returning to Study in Taiwan."

2.取得僑居地永久或長期居留證件，得以取得僑居地公民權、永久居留權或以其所持中華民國護照已加簽僑居身分認定之。

Holders of permanent or long-term residence permits in their place of overseas residence may be recognized as having overseas Chinese status either by obtaining citizenship or permanent residency in that location, or through having their Republic of China (Taiwan) passport endorsed to certify their overseas Chinese status.

3.僑生身分由僑務主管機關認定為之 ; 港澳生身分由教育部認定為之。

The status of Overseas Chinese students is determined by the Overseas Community Affairs Council; the status of students from Hong Kong and Macao is determined by the Ministry of Education.

4.僑生回國就學期間，除其他法令另有規定外，不得任意變更身分。

During the period of study in Taiwan, Overseas Chinese students shall not change their status arbitrarily, except as otherwise provided by law or regulations.

5.僑生經輔導回國就學後，在國內停留未滿二年，因故退學或喪失學籍者，得重新申請回國就學，並以一次為限。但僑生經入學學校以操行或學業成績不及格、違反法令或校規情節嚴重致遭退學或喪失學籍，不得依本項規定申請入學。

Overseas Chinese students who have returned to Taiwan for study and stayed in the country for less than two years but have withdrawn or lost their student status may reapply to return for study, limited to one time only. However, students who have been expelled or lost their student status due to serious misconduct, poor academic performance, or violations of laws or school regulations are not eligible to apply for admission under this provision.

6.曾在國內大專院校(含臺師大僑先部)註冊在學、休學、非因故自願退學(如勒令退學)及申請保留入學資格有案者不得重行申請。

Applicants who have previously been registered as students, taken leave of absence, voluntarily withdrawn (excluding expulsion) from any domestic colleges or universities (including the Overseas Preparatory Program at National Taiwan Normal University), or have applied for deferred enrollment, are not eligible to reapply.

7.本項招生對象不包含緬甸、泰北地區未立案華文中學畢業僑生。

This admission category does not include Overseas Chinese students who graduated from unregistered Chinese language high schools in Myanmar and Northern Thailand.

(二) 學歷資格/Academic Qualifications

1.國外高中畢業或具同等學力者，得申請入學本校學士班；國外大學畢業或具同等學力者，得申請入學本校碩士班。

Applicants who have graduated from a foreign high school or possess equivalent academic qualifications are eligible to apply for admission to the bachelor’s degree programs at our university. Applicants who have graduated from a foreign university or possess equivalent academic qualifications are eligible to apply for admission to the master’s degree programs at our university.

2.持同等學力報考者，應符合教育部「入學大學同等學力認定標準」規定。

Applicants with equivalent academic qualifications must meet the Ministry of Education’s “Standards for Recognizing Equivalent Academic Qualifications for University Admission.

3.持境外學歷報考者應符合大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法、大陸地區學歷採認辦法、香港或澳門學歷檢覈及採認辦法。

Applicants with foreign academic credentials must comply with the university’s regulations for recognizing foreign academic qualifications, as well as the recognition procedures for academic qualifications from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao.

4.國外學歷須經學歷完成地之我政府駐外館處驗證或經僑務委員會指定之保薦單位核驗；大陸地區學歷證件，應先經大陸地區公證處公證，並經行政院設立或指定之機構或委託之民間團體驗證；香港或澳門學歷證件應先經行政院在港澳設立或指定之機構或委託之民間團體驗證。取得「離校證明」不得視為「畢業證書」，僅得作為同等學力之「修業證明」。

Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must have their credentials verified by the Republic of China (Taiwan) government’s overseas offices or by sponsoring organizations designated by the Overseas Community Affairs Council. Academic documents from Mainland China must first be notarized by Mainland China notary offices and then verified by agencies established or designated by the Executive Yuan or authorized private organizations. Academic documents from Hong Kong or Macao must be verified by agencies established or designated by the Executive Yuan in Hong Kong or Macao, or by authorized private organizations.

A “Certificate of Leaving School” shall not be regarded as a “Graduation Certificate” but may only be used as proof of completion for equivalent academic qualifications.

※「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」第14 條與「香港澳門居民來臺就學辦法」  第12條，在國內(臺灣地區)大學取得學士以上學位之僑生(港澳生)，得檢具國內(臺灣地區)大學畢業證書或報考資格所需證件、歷年成績證明文件、入學申請表、志願序及招生學校所定之其他文件，於每年招生期間向海外聯合招生委員會申請入學碩士以上學程。

According to Article 14 of the "Regulations for Overseas Chinese Students Returning to Study in Taiwan" and Article 12 of the "Regulations Governing the Admission of Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Study in Taiwan," Overseas Chinese students (including students from Hong Kong and Macao) who have obtained a bachelor’s degree or higher from a domestic (Taiwan Area) university may apply to the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students for admission to master’s or higher degree programs during the annual application period by submitting their domestic university graduation certificate or other required qualification documents, transcripts from previous years, application form, preference list, and other documents specified by the admitting institution.

(三) 凡有下列情形之一者，不得依本簡章之規定申請入學，違反規定者，取消錄取資格；已入學者，應勒令退學並撤銷學籍。

       Applicants who meet any of the following conditions are not eligible to apply under this admission guideline. Those who violate these regulations will have their admission revoked; students who have already enrolled will be expelled and their student status revoked.

1.已申請喪失中華民國國籍經核准有案且尚未取得他國國籍者。

  Applicants who have applied for and been approved to renounce their Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality but have not yet acquired another nationality.

2.曾在臺肄(畢)業之高中學生。

 Applicants who have previously attended (or graduated from) a high school in Taiwan.

3.持偽造或冒用、變造證明文件或護照。

 Applicants who submit forged, falsified, or fraudulently used documents or passports.

4.錄取後身分不符合僑生身分或「香港澳門關係條例」第4 條規定者。

  Applicants whose status does not meet the Overseas Chinese student eligibility or the requirements of Article 4 of the Act Governing Relations with Hong Kong and Macao after admission.

5.港澳具外國國籍之華裔學生分發錄取後身分不符合「僑生回國就學及輔導辦法」第23-1 條規定者。

 Applicants of Chinese descent from Hong Kong or Macao with foreign nationality whose status does not comply with Article 23-1 of the "Regulations for Overseas Chinese Students Returning to Study in Taiwan" after admission.

6.在臺灣地區大學畢業，曾經海外聯會招生委員會核定分發大學校院研究所並註冊入學之僑生及港澳學生，不得再提出同級學程之申請。

 Overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong or Macao who have graduated from a university in the Taiwan Area and have been admitted and registered in a graduate program at a university or college through the Overseas Joint Admissions Committee are not eligible to apply for admission to the same level of academic program again.

 

修業年限-Duration of Study

(一) 修業年限：學士班四至六年為限；碩士班一至四年為限

       Duration of Study: Bachelor’s programs are limited to four to six years. Master’s programs are limited to one to four years.

(二) 畢業年級相當於國內高級中等學校二年級之國外或香港、澳門同級同類學校畢業生，得以同等學力資格入學大學學士班者，應至少增加其應修習之畢業學分數十二學分。

      Graduates from foreign or Hong Kong and Macao schools whose graduation level is equivalent to the second year of senior high school in Taiwan may be admitted to university bachelor’s programs based on equivalent academic qualifications; however, they are required to complete at least an additional twelve credits toward their graduation requirements.

(三) 報名應繳交資料/Required Application Documents：

1.身分證明文件/Proof of Identity Document(s)：

(1) 僑生：僑居地永久或長期居留證件(如僑居地身分證或護照、中華民國護照暨僑居身分加簽)正反面影本。

   Overseas Chinese Students: A photocopy (front and back) of the permanent or long-term residency document from the country of residence (e.g., local ID card or passport, or Republic of China (Taiwan) passport with Overseas Chinese status endorsement).

(2) 港澳生：港澳護照與永久居留資格證件(在港澳或海外連續居留之原始證明文件影本) 。

   Hong Kong and Macao Students: Copies of Hong Kong or Macao passport and permanent residency certificate, along with original documents proving continuous residence in Hong Kong, Macao, or overseas.

※在大陸地區出生者，另須檢附「港澳居民來往內地通行證」(回鄉證)之個人資料頁影本。

  Applicants born in Mainland China must also submit a copy of the personal information page of the “Home Return Permit” (Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents).

(3) 港澳具外國國籍之華裔學生：港澳護照與永久居留資格證件及外國護照。

  Chinese students of foreign nationality from Hong Kong and Macao: copies of Hong Kong or Macao passport, permanent residency certificate, and foreign passport.

2.學歷證件：最高學歷畢業證書影本(以同等學力資格申請者須附修業證明書)。報名時以應屆畢業生身分申請者，可先檢送應屆當學期在學證明書或學生證影本；但至遲於錄取後來臺註冊入學辦理現場驗證時，需繳驗經我政府駐外機構驗證之畢業證書正本(除中、英文版本外，其餘不同語言版本，應加附中文或英文譯本)，俾供本校審查，否則將視為報名資格不符，已經錄取者撤銷錄取及入學資格。

 Academic Credentials: A photocopy of the highest diploma or graduation certificate (applicants applying with equivalent academic qualifications must submit a certificate of completion). Applicants applying as current-year graduates may initially submit a current semester enrollment certificate or a copy of their student ID; however, by the time of on-site verification during registration after admission, the original diploma verified by the Republic of China (Taiwan) government’s overseas offices must be submitted (if the diploma is in a language other than Chinese or English, a Chinese or English translation must be attached). This is required for the university’s review. Failure to comply will result in disqualification of the application, and any admission and enrollment will be revoked.

3.成績單：最高學歷歷年成績單影本及學業成績排名證明(除中、英文版本外，其餘不同語言版本，應加附中文或英文譯本)。至遲於錄取後來臺註冊入學辦理現場驗證時，需繳驗經我政府駐外機構驗證之正本。

Transcripts: A photocopy of the complete transcripts for the highest academic qualification and proof of academic ranking (if the documents are in languages other than Chinese or English, a Chinese or English translation must be attached). The original verified transcripts, authenticated by the Republic of China (Taiwan) government’s overseas offices, must be presented at the on-site verification during registration after admission.

4.身分資格切結書(附件二) Affidavit of Eligibility (Attachment 2)

5.香港或澳門居民報名資格確認書(附件三) Confirmation of Eligibility for Hong Kong or Macao Residents (Attachment 3)

6.自傳：格式不拘，限1,000字以內。Autobiography: No specific format required; limited to within 1,000 words.

7.其他有利審查之資料：如推薦信、中文或英文能力證明、得獎、競賽、證照、成果作品競賽成果等 (如所提供資料超過兩項以上，請將原始文件掃描合併成一個PDF檔) 。

Other Supporting Documents for Review: Such as recommendation letters, proof of Chinese or English proficiency, awards, competitions, certificates, and achievements or competition results related to works or projects. (If more than two items are provided, please scan and combine the original documents into a single PDF file.)

※申請商學院國際榮譽學士學位學程(全英語授課)應繳交一份IELTS 4.5或同等級認證以上。

 Applicants to the College of Business International Honors Bachelor’s Degree Program (taught entirely in English) must submit proof of IELTS 4.5 or an equivalent certification or higher.

(四) 資料寄出後，不得以任何理由要求更改報考系組。After submission, applicants are not allowed to request any changes to their chosen department or program for any reason.

(五) 每位申請人最多可申請3個學系，其中最多包括2個重點產業學系 (請以1, 2, 3註明優先順序)。每位申請人最後只會錄取一個學系。

      Each applicant may apply to up to three departments, including a maximum of two key industry departments (please indicate your priority order as 1, 2, and 3). Each applicant will ultimately be admitted to only one department.

 ※注意事項/Notes：

1.報名或錄取報到時所繳證件、作品、資料文件，如有偽造、變造、假借、冒用等情事，除取消報名或錄取資格外，並送請司法機關追究刑責。如入學或畢業後始發現者，一經查明即註銷學籍，畢業者撤消其畢業資格並追繳已發之學士證書，亦請司法機關追究刑責。

If any documents, works, or materials submitted during application or admission are found to be forged, altered, falsely used, or fraudulently obtained, the applicant’s admission or enrollment will be canceled, and the case will be referred to judicial authorities for criminal investigation. If such violations are discovered after enrollment or graduation, the student status will be revoked immediately upon confirmation, degrees will be rescinded, and issued diplomas reclaimed. Judicial authorities will also be requested to pursue legal actions.

2.錄取生應於入學報到時繳驗相關證明文件正本。

 Admitted students must present the original copies of relevant supporting documents at the time of enrollment registration.

3.凡報名本校各項招生考試之申請人，即視為同意本校將所屬基本資料、報考資料作為試務作業使用；資料除提供本校各招生系所、試務相關單位等使用外，其餘均依照「個人資料保護法」相關規定辦理。

  All applicants for any admission exams of this university are deemed to have agreed that their basic and application information may be used for examination administration purposes; besides being shared with the university’s admission departments and exam-related units, all other uses will comply with relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

       Before applying, please confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. If it is found that an applicant does not meet the qualifications, the university may take one or more of the following actions

(1) 報名後放榜前發現者，取消申請資格。

If discovered after application but before the announcement of results, the application will be disqualified.

(2) 放榜後已錄取分發，於註冊時發現者，取消錄取資格。

If discovered after admission announcement and allocation but before registration, the admission will be revoked.

(3) 入學後發現者，勒令退學。

If discovered after enrollment, the student will be expelled.

獎學金-Scholarships

僑務委員會獎勵學行優良僑生獎學金

      Overseas Community Affairs Council Scholarship for Outstanding Overseas       Chinese Students with Excellent Academic and Conduct Records

(一) 獎學金說明/Scholarship Description:

依「僑務委員會獎勵學行優良僑生獎學金核發要點」辦理，由本校國際及兩岸事務委員會會議審查相關申請資料後函送至僑務委員會，並由僑務委員會裁定獲獎名單。

Administered according to the "Overseas Community Affairs Council Scholarship for Outstanding Overseas Chinese Students Guidelines." The university’s International and Cross-Strait Affairs Committee reviews the relevant application materials and forwards them to the Overseas Community Affairs Council, which makes the final decision on the list of awardees.

獎項: 每名可獲獎狀乙幀及獎學金新台幣5,000元
Award: Each recipient will receive a certificate and a scholarship of NT$5,000.

 

(二) 申請資格/Eligibility Requirements:

1. 就讀大專院校二年級以上僑生(碩、博士生除外)
   Overseas Chinese students enrolled in the second year or above of a university or college program (excluding master’s and doctoral students).
2. 前一學年學業總平均80分以上
   A minimum average academic grade of 80 for the previous academic year.
3. 前一學年操行均列甲等(80分)以上
   A conduct grade of A (80 or above) for the previous academic year.
4. 本學年度未獲僑務委員會其他獎學金者
   Must not have received any other scholarship from the Overseas Community Affairs Council during the current academic year.

(三) 申請文件/Application Documents:

1. 申請表 Application Form
2. 前一學年(上下學期)中文成績單正本1份(凡有任一學期成績空白者請勿申請，學業成績總平均或等第還原成績請核算至小數點第二位後四捨五入)
   One original copy of the Chinese transcript for the previous academic year (both semesters). Applicants with any missing semester grades are not eligible to apply. The overall average grade or GPA should be calculated to the second decimal place and rounded off accordingly.
3. 居留證或身分證正反面影本
   Photocopy of both front and back sides of the Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) or National Identification Card

(四) 申請時間: 每學年度第一學期註冊開學後一個月內，填具申請表並檢附前一學年之學業成績單及相關文件，向國際及兩岸事務處申請。
Application Period: Within one month after the beginning of the first semester registration of each academic year, applicants must complete the application form and submit the academic transcript of the previous academic year along with the required documents to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs.

教育部清寒僑生助學金
    Ministry of Education Financial Aid for Economically Disadvantaged Overseas Chinese Students

(一) 獎學金說明: 依「教育部核發高級中等以上學校清寒僑生助學金要點」辦理，由本校國際及兩岸事務委員會會議審查相關申請資料並核定獲獎名單後函送教育部。

Scholarship Description: The scholarship is administered in accordance with the “Guidelines for the Ministry of Education Financial Aid for Economically Disadvantaged Overseas Chinese Students in Senior Secondary Schools and Above.” Applications are reviewed by the university’s International and Cross-Strait Affairs Committee, and the list of approved recipients is submitted to the Ministry of Education for final approval.

獎項:每名每月新台幣3,000元

(二) 申請資格/Eligibility：

1. 僑生回國就學及輔導辦法來臺就學之僑生(不包括研究生及研修生)
   Overseas Chinese students studying in Taiwan under the "Regulations for Overseas Chinese Students Returning to Study and Counseling" (excluding graduate and research students).
2. 提供正式之海外財力證明或清寒證明
   Must provide official proof of overseas financial status or proof of economic hardship.
3. 僑生就讀二年級以上者，其前一學年之全學年學業成績平均及格，且於大專校院未受申誡以上或於高級中等學校未受小過以上之懲處
   For students in their second year or above, the full academic year average grade from the previous academic year must be passing, and the student must not have received disciplinary actions above a warning in colleges/universities or above a minor demerit in senior secondary schools.

For applicants whose parents are settled in Taiwan, a copy of the approved comprehensive income tax exemption certificate or a proof issued by the tax authority verifying the total household annual income for the previous year must be submitted.

（四）申請時間/For transfer overseas Chinese students, please submit:

1. 每學年第一學期註冊開學後二週內，檢具下列文件，逕向國際及兩岸事務處提出申請:
   Within two weeks after the registration and start of the first semester each academic year, applicants should submit the following documents directly to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs:

3. 二年級以上僑生：清寒相關證明與成績證明。
   Overseas Chinese students in their second year or above: Proof of financial hardship and academic transcript.

※轉學僑生: 清寒相關證明與原就讀學校之轉學證明書或肄（修）業證明書所列前一學年或最近一學年之成績證明。
Transfer overseas Chinese students: Proof of financial hardship and transfer certificate or certificate of withdrawal/enrollment from the previously attended school, including the academic transcript of the previous or most recent academic year.

僑務委員會清寒僑生工讀金
Overseas Community Affairs Council Work-Study Grant for Economically Disadvantaged Overseas Chinese Students

（一）獎學金說明/Scholarship Description:
依「開南大學清寒僑生工讀要點」辦理，由本校國際及兩岸事務委員會會議審查相關申請資料並核定獲獎名單後函送僑務委員會。
The scholarship is administered according to the “Kainan University Guidelines for Financially Disadvantaged Overseas Chinese Students’ Work-Study Program.” The university’s International and Cross-Strait Affairs Committee reviews the relevant application materials and approves the list of recipients, which is then submitted to the Overseas Community Affairs Council.

(二) 申請資格/Eligibility:

1. 家境清寒，且在台生活確屬困難者。
   Applicants must come from economically disadvantaged families and face genuine difficulties living in Taiwan.
2. 有海外正式清寒證明者
   Applicants must provide official financial hardship proof issued overseas.
3. 申請限制: 本校清寒僑生有各項情形之一者，不得申請：
   Application Restrictions: Students who meet any of the following conditions are not eligible to apply:

(1) 享有助學金及其他獎助學金者。
Recipients of other scholarships or financial aid.

(2) 受校規記過以上處分者。
Students who have received disciplinary actions of demerit or above according to school regulations.

(3) 曠課紀錄達一星期者。
Students with absentee records totaling one week or more.

(4) 工讀績效經工讀單位審核不合格者。
Students whose work-study performance has been deemed unsatisfactory by the work-study unit.

(5) 學期平均成績未達六十分者。
Students whose semester average grade is below 60%.

(6) 能自備費用於學期中多次出入境者。
Students who can afford multiple trips in and out of the country during the semester.

(四) 工讀原則/Work-Study Principles:

1. 工讀時數：每星期六小時。
   Work hours: 6 hours per week.
2. 工讀金額：視僑委會當年度核給之金額而定。
   Work-study stipend: Amount determined according to the Overseas Community Affairs Council’s allocation for the respective year.
3. 工讀生需填寫工讀紀錄表，以利考核。
   Work-study students must fill out a work-study record form for performance evaluation.
4. 工讀生有下列各項情事，停止工讀：
   Work-study will be suspended under the following circumstances:

(1)一個月內曠工三次以上。
Absence from work more than three times within one month.

(2)工讀時期內受校規記過處分者。
Receiving disciplinary action (demerit or above) during the work-study period.

(3)工作不力或不適任，經任用單位通報者。
Being reported by the employing unit for inability or unsuitability to perform the job.

新生入學獎助學金
New Student Entrance Scholarship and Financial Assistance

(一) 大學部僑外生新生入學助學金核予共計二學期學雜費全免金額，減免方式如下：
The undergraduate scholarship for newly admitted overseas Chinese and international students covers a full waiver of tuition and miscellaneous fees for two semesters. The details of the fee reduction are as follows:

(二) 碩士班僑外生新生入學助學金核予共計一學期學雜費全免金額，於入學第一年第一學期減免百分之五十，第二學期減免百分之五十。
For newly admitted master’s program overseas Chinese and international students, a full waiver of tuition and fees for one semester is granted. In the first year of enrollment, a 50% reduction is applied for both the first and second semesters.
