【Japan】Kobe Shoin Women’s University – 2025 Japanese Language and Culture Study Program

 

【Program Information】

 

Location: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan

 

Dates: July 9 (Wednesday) – July 22 (Tuesday), 2025

 

Activities: Japanese language classes, tea ceremony, cultural exchange, and more.

Please refer to the attachment for the full itinerary.

 

Program Fee: ¥60,000 JPY

※ The fee must be paid in cash on the first day of the program.

※ The fee includes tuition, accommodation, and cultural experience costs.

※ Participants must purchase their own insurance to cover the entire duration of the program.

※ Airfare, personal expenses, and daily living costs are not included.

 

On-Campus Application Deadline:

April 2, 2025, by 5:00 PM

 

※ Submit all required application documents in hard copy to the Office of International Affairs (Room B112) before the deadline.

※ The application form must also be submitted in digital format via email to: yulichi@gapps.knu.edu.tw

※ Both hard copy and digital copy are required; missing either will result in an incomplete application.

※ Applications not completed by the deadline will be considered withdrawn.

※ Selected participants will be contacted later by email.

【Important Notes】

 

Registration must be completed through the university.

Please do not contact the host university directly or attempt to register independently.

 

A written reflection report must be submitted to the Office of International Affairs within one week after returning to Taiwan.

 

Parental or legal guardian consent is required before registering. Cancellations for personal reasons will not be accepted.

 

Submitted documents will not be returned. Please scan or photocopy for your own records.

 

All participants must abide by the laws of Taiwan and Japan, as well as the rules of Kainan University and the host institution.

 

Students must follow the scheduled itinerary and are not allowed to leave the group during group activities.

 

This is a group-based program. Participants should avoid behaviors that may disturb others or violate the program rules.

 

Students who repeatedly disregard instructions may be sent back to Taiwan immediately, regardless of the stage of the program.
