Location: Osaka, Japan

 

Dates: January 14 (Tuesday) – January 31 (Friday), 2025

 

Activities: Japanese language classes, Japanese traditional culture experiences, martial arts, and more.

 

💰【Program Fee】

JPY 150,000 + Accommodation Fee

※ Accommodation fees vary depending on housing arrangement; estimated at JPY 110,000–140,000.

※ Payment must be made via Kinki University’s online credit card payment system. Payment information will be provided only after successful admission.

 

Supported credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, American Express

※ Fee includes: airport pickup service, tuition, and learning materials

※ Participants must purchase insurance covering the program period (not included)

※ Airfare, meals, and other personal expenses are not included

※ A certificate of participation will be provided, but credits are not transferable

Submit all required hardcopy documents to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs (Room B112) before the deadline

 

Incomplete applications or missing documents will be considered voluntarily withdrawn

🚫 Applications missing any required documents (paper or digital) will be considered incomplete.

 

⚠️【Important Notes】

Participants must apply through Kainan University only.

Please do not contact Kinki University directly or attempt to apply independently.

 

A reflection report must be submitted within one week after returning to Taiwan.

 

Please obtain parental or legal guardian consent before applying. Cancellations without valid reasons will not be accepted.

 

Application materials will not be returned. Please make backup copies.

 

Participants must follow Taiwanese law, Kainan University regulations, Japanese law, and host university rules.

 

Follow the official itinerary at all times. Do not leave the group during program hours.

 

Be mindful during group life and do not engage in disruptive or prohibited behavior.

 

Repeated rule violations may result in immediate dismissal and return to Taiwan at the student’s own expense.
