Main Program Dates: July 22 – August 5, 2025
Pre-program Online Lessons: Start from July 7, 2025
On-site Courses Begin: July 23, 2025 (tentative)

【Program Fee】
Registration Fee: ¥10,000 JPY
Tuition: Free
Accommodation, meals, transportation, and other personal expenses are not included and must be covered by the participant.
Accommodation must be arranged by the student, though the host university can assist with suggestions. All costs are the student’s responsibility.
【Application Deadline】
🗓️ February 20, 2025 (Thursday) by 3:00 PM
Please submit all required documents in hard copy to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs (Room B112) by the deadline.
Incomplete or late submissions will be considered as withdrawal.
Students who pass the screening will be notified later by email.

【Important Notes】
All applications must be submitted through Kainan University.
Do not contact the partner university directly or apply independently.
After returning to Taiwan, participants must submit a reflection report within one week.
Applicants must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before applying.
No cancellations will be accepted without valid reasons.
All submitted documents are non-returnable. Please make backup copies.
Participants must follow all laws of Taiwan, Kainan University regulations, Japanese laws, and the program’s rules.
Please follow the official itinerary. Do not leave the group or travel independently during program hours.
This is a group-based program. Participants must avoid behavior that disturbs others or violates program rules.
Repeated rule violations may result in immediate dismissal and return to Taiwan at the student’s own expense.
