【Japan】2025 Japanese Language and Culture Study Program – Kobe Shoin Women’s University

 

【Program Information】

Location: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan

 

Dates: July 9 (Wednesday) – July 22 (Tuesday), 2025

 

Activities: Japanese language classes, tea ceremony, cultural exchange, etc.

【Program Fee: ¥60,000 JPY】

Payment must be made in cash on the first day of the program.

 

The fee includes tuition, accommodation, and cultural activities.

 

Participants must purchase their own insurance covering the entire program period.

 

Airfare, daily expenses, and meals are not included and must be covered by the participant.

 

【Application Deadline (On Campus):**

April 2, 2025 (Wednesday) by 5:00 PM

 

Please submit all required documents in hard copy to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs (B112).

 

The application form must also be submitted in digital format via email to: yulichi@gapps.knu.edu.tw

 

Applications lacking either paper or digital files will be considered incomplete.

 

If documents are not completed by the deadline, the application will be regarded as voluntarily withdrawn.

 

Applicants who pass the screening will be notified via email.

【Important Notes】

All applications must be submitted through Kainan University.

Please do not contact the partner university directly or attempt to apply independently.

 

Participants must submit a reflection report within one week of returning to Taiwan.

 

Before applying, please obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian.

Cancellations for personal reasons will not be accepted.

 

Submitted materials will not be returned. Please make copies for your own records.

 

Participants must comply with Taiwanese laws, Kainan University regulations, Japanese laws, and the organizing institution’s rules.

 

Please follow the official itinerary and do not leave the group during the program.

 

As this is a group-based program, refrain from any behavior that may disturb others or violate rules.

 

Participants who repeatedly violate regulations may be sent back to Taiwan at their own expense, regardless of the stage of the program.
