1. 本次活動名額上限為60人（不含職員），將依報名順序錄取，額滿為止。

2. 報名參加者請繳交在學證明（1142）至B112辦公室老師。

3. 活動需繳交押金100元，當天完成點名後將全額退還。

4. 每人限填寫報名表一次，請勿重複報名。

5. 參加活動之同學可獲得學習護照認證。

【Notes】

1. The maximum number of participants is 60 (excluding staff). Participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all spots are filled.

2. Please submit your proof of enrollment (Semester 1142) to the teacher at Office B112 after registration.

3. A deposit of NT$100 is required. It will be fully refunded after attendance is confirmed on the day of the event.

4. Each person may submit the registration form only once. Please do not submit multiple entries.

5. Participants will receive a Learning Passport certification.
