2019 秋季班 2019 Fall Semester
第一階段 2019年 4 月30 日前報名，2019年 5 月20 日公告錄取名單。
First application: Before April 30, 2019.
Admission Notification: May 20, 2019.

第二階段：2019年6月1 日至7月31日報名，2019年 8月15 日公告錄取名單。
Second application: June 1, 2019 to July 31,2019
Admission Notification: August 15, 2019.

二、申請人資格
Applicants’ Eligibility

1. (一)外國學生具高中(職)畢業文憑者，可申請本校學士班；外國學生具學士學位者，可申請本校碩士班。
   Foreign students with a high school graduate diploma / Certificate are eligible for Bachelor’s programs and those with a bachelor’s degree are eligible for Master’s programs.
2. (二)外國學生已在中華民國完成學士以上學位，繼續申請碩士以上學程者，取得我國各校畢業證書及歷年成績證明文件，依規定申請入學。
   Foreign students who have completed their Bachelor’s Degree (or above) in Taiwan and wish to apply for higher education are required to present their diploma and official transcripts and follow the application procedure.
3. (三)申請者符合以下任一條件，則不適用本外國學生申請入學辦法：
   An individual who meets any of the following conditions is NOT eligible for application as an International student:
   
   1. 1.具有僑生身分者。
      The applicant has overseas Chinese status.
   2. 2.曾被國內大專校院退學者。
      The applicant has been expelled by a university or college in the R.O.C.
   3. 3.具有香港或澳門或中華人民共和國國籍者。
      The applicant has the nationality of Hong Kong, Macau or People’s Republic of China.
   4. 4.依據國籍法第二條之具有中華民國國籍者。
      The applicant has R.O.C. nationality (as defined in Article 2 of the Law of Nationality).
   5. 5.曾具有中華民國國籍，且至本校開學日止，尚未經內政部證明放棄八年以上者。
      The applicant had R.O.C. nationality, but officially renounced it less than 8 years before the class starting date of KNU semester.
   如違反以上任一條件，經查證屬實者，撤銷其入學資格、開除學籍或其本校畢業資格，且不發給任何學歷證明。

三、申請入學注意事項：
Application notification

申請入學需繳交之文件:
Application Required Documents:

1. (1) 報名表一份
   One copy of application form
2. (2)最高學歷文件及成績單影本(附中文或英文譯本)。
   A copy of the applicant’s highest education diploma and transcript (Please attach either Chinese or English version).
   註：取得入學許可後，於辦理報到時，務必繳交我國駐外使領館、代表處、辦事處或其他經外交部授權機構驗證之畢業證書正本及成績單正本，始得註冊入學。各國有特殊規定者，依其規定辦理。（如該國無中華民國駐外館處，請至鄰近中華民國駐外館處）。
   Admitted students are required at the time of registering at KNU to submit the original diploma of his/her highest degree and an official transcript, verified by R.O.C. embassies, consulates, or missions abroad or other notary institutes authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, R.O.C., in the country where the documents were originally issued and attach either Chinese or English version certified by the Taiwan's overseas representative. Should there be no overseas office of R.O.C. in the country where the documents were originally issued, the admitted student may contact an overseas R.O.C. office nearest to the country or contact the Ministry of Education for document verification.
3. (3) 三個月內財力證明書美金 3,000 元 (獲台灣獎學金者，請以台灣獎學金之證明文件代替);若財力證明非申請者帳戶,需檢附資助者之財力保證書並敘明兩者關係)。
   A copy of financial statement within 3 months (USD 3,000) .
   Applicants who are awarded Taiwan Scholarship should submit the certificate instead. If you have a sponsor to satisfy the financial obligation, then your sponsor must provide a letter declaring their relationship to the applicant and their intent to provide financial support throughout his/her period of study.
4. (4) 護照影本一份（若目前無護照者不需繳交）。
   A photocopy of your passport (the applicant does not need to submit this if there’s no passport currently in his or her possession).
5. (5)華語文能力測驗證書 (附此文件尤佳)。
   Certificate of TOCFL Level 2 or above (submission of such a document is recommended as it will be helpful to your application, but is not required.)
6. (6)其他有利申請之文件 (非必要)。
   Other reference documents (applicants are free to attach any additional documents which may favor the application.)

四、註冊所需證件：
The following documents shall be submitted upon registration:

1. 1.護照 Passport
2. 2.簽證 Visa
3. 3.入學信 Acceptance letter
4. 4.2 吋照片四張 passport-size photo*4
5. 5.畢業證書及成績單正本(經駐外館處驗證)。
   ★Admitted students are required at the time of registering at KNU to submit the original diploma of his/her highest degree and an official transcript, verified by R.O.C. embassies, consulates, or missions abroad or other notary institutes authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, R.O.C., in the country where the documents were originally issued. Should there be no overseas office of R.O.C. in the country where the documents were originally issued, the admitted student may contact an overseas R.O.C. office nearest to his or her country or contact the Ministry of Education for document verification.
6. 6.應檢附已於國外投保自入境當日起至少六個月效期之醫療及傷害保險，在校生 應檢附我國全民健康保險等相關保險證明文件。前項國外之保險證，應經駐外 館處驗證。
   ★Insurance: A proof of the National Health Insurance (Taiwan) for those who have studied in Taiwan or a proof of medical and injury insurance (obtained abroad and verified by theR.O.C. embassies, consulates, or missions abroad, valid at least for six months after the admitted student arrives).
7. 7. 由醫院出具之三個月內合格之健康檢查證明。
   Health Certificate within 3 months.(It should be verified by the Taiwan’s overseas representative office if the medical exam is done overseas.)
8. 8.三個月內財力證明(美金 3,000元)。
   Financial Statement within 3 months.( USD 3,000)
9. 9.華語文能力測驗證書(建議)。
   Certificate of Test of Chinese as Foreign Language (TOCFL) is recommended.
10. 10. 申請作業費收據(臺幣2,000)。
    Application fee receipt(NT$2,000).
