Re-entry Application

During your stay in Taiwan, if you need to leave the country, please visit the Office of International Affairs to fill out the Return Application Form.

After completing the form, please have it signed or stamped by your department office or academic advisor.

Once you have obtained the signature, submit the form to the Office of International Affairs.

Please remember to join the Return-to-Home LINE group, and once you have your return ticket, send a photo of it to ossc@gapps.knu.edu.tw.
